Le retour du Tai-Chi au CAM

Le club Cornebarrieu Arts Martiaux aura le plaisir la saison prochaine d’accueillir le retour d’un enseignement et d’une pratique du Tai-Chi-Chuan, grâce à Nathalie Pezzotti, formée et diplômée auprès de Jean-Jacques Galinier, expert français, héritier de Maître Ding Dahong.

Le cours se tiendra le lundi de 20h à 21h15.

Le Tai Chi est le concept d’interaction entre les forces opposées et complémentaires (Yin et Yang). Le Tai Chi Chuan (ou Taiji Quan), littéralement la Boxe ou l’Art du Faîte Suprême, désigne l’art martial du Tai Chi. Le pratiquant recherche la coordination et la cohésion entre le haut du corps (Yin) léger et fluide, et le bas du corps (Yang) fort et profondément ancré au sol.

La pratique proposée dans mes cours est construite sur l’apprentissage du grand enchaînement des 108 mouvements du Taiji Chuan, style Yang. Les mouvements lents et harmonieux, exécutés dans la détente, favorisent la prise de conscience de l’attitude corporelle et l’écoute de soi-même. La lenteur du geste laisse le temps de corriger positions et mouvements en réduisant les tensions et en améliorant l’équilibre. Il en résulte une meilleure coordination, une respiration calme et profonde, une diminution du stress, une meilleure capacité d’adaptation et d’apprentissage, globalement une meilleure santé. Plus qu’une gymnastique douce, c’est une ré-appropriation de notre espace intérieur, de notre verticalité, pour retrouver notre stabilité naturelle. L’aspect martial du Tai Chi Chuan, orienté vers le contact continu avec le partenaire, sera abordé de temps en temps pour une meilleure compréhension de la forme.
